Do I have a warranty when I purchase either online or in store from Sahra's Treasures?
Absolutely, your purchase has a one year warranty on manufactures defect. Although highly unlikely, if you do experience a product that suffers from a manufacturers defect we will either exchange it for the same product or issue a store credit.


How do I care from my Sterling Silver Product properly?
Don't use silver cleaner, it will damage the rhodium.  Clean your sterling silver using water, and old or soft toothbrush and basic dishwashing soap

Will improper cleaning void my warranty?
Yes, just like anything, it is criticially important to following the instructions for properly maintaining quality appearance and functionality.


Can I return earrings?
Your satisfaction is very important and although hygiene standards prevent us from re-selling earrings again, we will issue a store credit, at our digression if a manufacturer;s defect is apparent.  


Can I resize a ring?
Yes you may, but be aware that the cost of the resize will likely be more that the piece itself due to the complexity associated with the rhodium plating.

What is your policy on closeouts?
In our to keep our inventory fresh for our customers, we are constantly adjusting our inventory and as a result no exchanges are provided on closeout items.
